I was very much born into the arts industry. From the age of 2 I was dancing, I competed in my first competition at 8 years old, then by 11 I was the regional champion in ballet.
​
After accepting a place at a top 3 ballet school, I trained at the elite level from 11-18. By 15 I had performed my first principal role at Sadlers Wells Theatre in London, and at 16 I won my first international choreographic award.
​
Throughout my career I was able to have many wonderful opportunities: magazine covers, TV commercials, travelling to America, performing in music videos, and even being taught by Darcey Bussell herself.

TO MUSIC...
After leaving the ballet industry in my early 20s due to chronic illness, I set foot in the music industry. I self taught myself music production and within a year I was played on BBC introducing.
​
After a few years of hard work I became artist of the month for BBC Introducing, had my music played regularly on the radio, performed at festivals, and won my first music award.
​
I also was signed to a record label, performed in the underground rap scene, and gained supporters all over the world. I became recognisable in my hometown, and regularly booked exciting gigs.

I coach people through a framework called "The Phoenix Blueprint of Success". This life changing method was developed through psychological theory and strategies I used in my own career that enabled me to succeed so highly time and time again.
This process follows a step by step process to allow my clients to achieve an elite success mindset, unbreakable confidence, and a personalised plan for their dreams and goals.
